Mary Alice Noel is a passionate leader in health and wellness. With over 38 years of experience in the health care field, ranging from cardiac care nursing to home care management, Mary Alice has applied her health care background to a long-standing career as a wellness consultant. Mary Alice partners with commercial clients in creating a wellness mission & strategy that best meets the needs and interest of each unique organization.
Mary Alice has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Community Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, an Associate RN Degree from Normandale College, an MS in Health Care Administration from University of St. Francis and a Wellness Coaching Certification. She is currently employed at Medica with over 33 years of service.
Mary Alice has greatly enjoyed volunteering at various organizations throughout the years applying her passion and knowledge from the healthcare & wellness industry. She has also served on various wellness related non-profit boards. In addition, she is an active volunteer member on the Medica Foundation Board serving on the Performance Partnership Committee.
She and her husband, Kevin, are St. Paul natives and have had the joy of raising three girls. Much family time is spent golfing together and enjoying the outdoors.
